Switching Users - Can't access IE

I am having a problem when I have multiple users logged in and switch
(log-off) from one and lo in to another) where IE won't load. I click and
nothing happens. If I look at the Taskbar apps I can see it but nothing comes
up
Why?

Mike,

Try disabling third-party add-ons (Toolbars, BHOs, Extensions) and test the
behavior.
