does anyone know how support.com gets there automated reporter app
tgshell.exe onto an xp box? they put it in the \program
files\support.com\bin\ and it automatically attempts internet
communications (zonealarm will pick up its attempts) .....
 
anyone following this thread? once support.com gets tgshell.exe on your xp
pro box it starts contacting the internet (zonealarm shows this) and there
is no way to get it off
