Support.Com Spyware?

I found a folder in my Program Files named Support.Com.
It contains folders listing much of my internet favorites
and sites visited. I'm not sure whether it's related to
a legitmate application or if its spyware. I ran Adaware
on it and it did not recognize it. The company that
makes it is called Support.com Inc. and their website
identifies them as making helper software, beyond that I
still couldn't determine whether this should be there or
not. Has anyone heard of this?

Hi - several people replied to your post in another group - if you need to
