Sudden aggravation

Does anyone out there know how to prevent the following
message appearing on boot up? (I can get rid of it by
clicking 'cancel' or 'continue' but I don't ever want to
see it again).

The prize for the first correct answer is my undying
gratitude. How can you pass up an opportunity like this?
