Strange..help please

Win2K3 server, RRAS has been working fine until this am. When I go to the
RRAS mmc, and click on the server, I receive an information box that says
4116, nothing else. Nothing is being written to the event viewer, clients
are able to connect, but I am unable to expand the server to see the ports
or any policies that have been set. Does anyone have any ideas?
