i've done a google search on GVCplDrv which onlybrought up a few weird links?

info about what program this file relates to.

The WIN32_EXIT_CODE is 2

Do a Search on your machine for GVCplDrv.

Open Services and look for something related to GVCplDrv.

Open the Registry and do an F3 for GVCplDrv.

the following entry under it
