Strange error

I

Ilyaz

I'm running Win XP Home. Recently, I made some changes and since yesterday
am getting a strange error message at start up: <SPRINGFLD_ADV_DAEMON:
WksCal.exe - Entry Point not found. The procedure entry point Get IUMS could
not be located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL>. Clicking OK on this
message closes it and creates no further problems, as I can see so far.
May someone, please, tell me why am I getting this message and how to
correct this error.
TIA

It has to do with ms works and its calendar function. Trying reinstalling ms
works.

This sounds like a Microsoft Works Calendar file. I'd try re-installing the
Microsoft Works or disabling the calendar reminders from start-up.

Mike,
thanks for the suggestion! It worked. As a matter of fact, the Works
Calendar always was disabled, but for some strange reason it popped up in
the configurations...
Thanks again for a prompt response.
