Procedure entry point GETIUMS can not be located...

When I log on the following message pops up:
Springfld_ADV_Daemon: WksCal.exe - Entry Point not found
The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in
the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL.

What does this mean? and is it important or can I ignore
it?

Google for the dll filename.

I found this as one explanation though it was mentioned on another
site experts-exchange.
