strange error

I recived the following error when useing the "add/remove
programes" option :
" A unexpected error has occurred. Wrong number of
arguments of invalid property assignament
res://apwiz.cpl/default.hta line 77" Please help me
reslove this

Enter that error into Google, and you'll see that thousands of people have
had that strange error. Just search for res://apPwiz.cpl/default.hta.
