Add/Remove Programs Error.

When I try to access "Add/Remove Programs", an error
message appears.

"An unexpected error occured. Wrong number of arguements
or invalid property assignment."
Res://sp3res.dll/default.hta
Line: 84

That is the whole message, verbatum.
What do I do.
