add/remove programs window

i have windows 2000 professional, i'm having the following
problem. when i go to control panel and click add/remove
programs the window appears,but nothing is written in it,
except that there is a window which says" An unexpected
error occurred,wrong number of arguments or invalid
property assignment res://sp3res.dll/default.hta line:84.


can anyone help with solution?
