Can anyone help me

I use microsoft outlook 2000 and am having problems with recurring incoming
mail from three different addresses. How do I stop them coming in [100's per
day]?

Please help

Are you receiving them multiple times or are they being sent to you multiple
times. Logon to your webmail mailbox provided by your ISP and see if they
are being received multiple times as well.

Hi Robert

Thanks for your reply. If you mean are the senders meaning to send the
messages multiple times then the answer is no. I have set all the messages to
be directed straight to my spam box but did check my ISP webmail box as you
suggested and couldn't find the messages there [assuming I looked in the
right place].

And when you close Outlook it doesn't arrive there either the entire day?
Then the message is probably stuck between your virus scanner solution and
Outlook. I would recommend disabling any virus scanner integration with
Outlook as they are know to cause issues like this and they don't offer any
layer of extra protection.

Hi again

I haven't tried closing Outlook and then checking the webmail. I'll try
this and come back to you. Thanks again.
