Getting STOP: c000021a {Fatal System}

The Windows SubSystem system process terminated
unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x77f92373
0x00acfae4)

This happens on almost every shutdown. Not at startup


This is a Compaq P533 win2k SP4. Have reinstalled SP4
hoping this would resolve, but didnt. Was thinking of
replacing the memory to see if that is the issue.

This machine is networked attaching to a Netware 5.1
server, client is version 4.9 SP1

Any ideas ?

This is almost never a hardware problem so I don't expect it to be
memory. This is a users mode problem causing a kernel mode crash. The
most common cause is remote control software or other software that has
replaced the GINA in Windows. I would look at any utility type software
that is running.
