Stop: 0x0000001E error after SP4 install

I have a server running Windows 2000 Server and Terminal
Services. Upon installing SP4, the server will often BSOD
when a user logs out of terminal services. Message is a
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED error and Win32k.sys is
referenced. I have about 15 windows based thin clients
used for public internet access in a library, so users log
off quite often. Therefore, this is quite an issue! I've
looked at knowledgebase articles 301376 and 302510 and each
say the resolution is installing the latest service pack.
Doesn't help if I already have the latest service pack
installed! Also, 301376 claims the fix to this was made
available in SP3. This problem never occurred under SP3,
only after installing SP4.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks
