'log on as' services won't with TS installed

I have 3 w2k servers running terminal services with sp4
and they have Backup Exec services starting with the
option to 'log on as' a user in our domain. These servers
work fine. I have another server with W2K advanced
server, sp4, and whenever Terminal Services is installed,
I can only start the services using the local system
account. Everytime I try to start a service (no matter
what service) as a domain user (with rights to bypass
travers checking and log on as a service), I get an Error
1053
(application pop-up). These services start fine with the
domain user when Terminal Services are not installed. Has
anyone run into this problem and found a fix?

Is 1053 the eventid ou see in the eventlogs?

Have you tried going to eventid.net and searching for your
problem there?
