Terminal service is very slow after installing the Sp4

i applied service pack 4 on my win2k server sp3.. After
applying, the windows terminal service users are
complaining the session is very slow.... is the problem
with sp4?
i will be very thankful if anybody provides me solution....
 
Contact Microsoft and request hotfix 828326. This addresses issue with
slow terminal server sessions.
