Terminal Server Licesning 1008 issus after SP4 install

I am experiencing a problem on one of my 8 Terminal
servers that have had SP4 installed. Immediately
following the SP4 install, one of the servers gets at or
around 7:30 am every morning:

Event ID: 1008
Description: The terminal services licensing grace period
has expired and the service has not registered with a
license server. A terminal services license server is
required for continuous operation. A terminal server can
operate without a license server for 90 days after initial
start up.

I have restarted the server and checked to make sure the
Terminal Services License Server is up and healthy. The
other servers are not affected by this. Please help.

Check if it helps when you hardcode the address of the LS into the
registry of the TS:
