Still cannot send mail using vista

I have been having problems for a while and have removed my antivirus as
stated and still will not send mail ,will recieve mail in a flash. Error
message is as follows:-

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'test', Account: 'Windows Mail',
Server: 'smtp.tiscali.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '554
smtp.tiscali.co.uk', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 554, Error
Number: 0x800CCC6F

Again i have unchecked everything as stated in past threads. pls pls someone
help.

This Message means that you haven't got your e-mail address in the email
address field.

Are you connecting via Tiscali or a different ISP?

Hi Mac, everything checks out as it should - everything used to work fine on
outlook but when i changed to vista - kapow, everything went.

Please define what you mean by "i have unchecked everything".

Did you uninstall your antivirus completely or just disable its mail scanning?
