status code

I get a "unknown hard error" message box, I also get this message box a few seconds later, C:\winnt\system\services.exe status code 128 the computer then counts down 40 or so seconds and then restarts. I then get a blue screen physical memerory dump message. Can anyone help. By the way the computer is making a ton of noise when this is happening.
