services.exe teminated unexpectedly with status code 128

HI guys.

I'm working on a new pc for military purpose. When I
shake the PC (need to pass the vibration test). My hard
disk stop working and after 5 seconds, I got the following
messages.

The system process C:\winnt\System32\Services.exe
terminated unexpectedly with status code 128.

Did someone have any idea why my hard disk stop working?
How I can find the problem ?

I think you are going to have to fasten things down a lot better than
they are now. That's why there $10,000 coffee makers on military
transport planes.
