connection to connect whenever i start up my computer i
have high speed dsl from bell.

Put Internet Explorer in the startup group. Set the
connection to logon automatically.

Try and fiddle around with the schedule, startup folder
or Run key in the registry. It's best to use software
like TuneUp Utilities to manage the startup items.
