Sean, Did you recently install a 3rd party software
firewall? If so, make sure the Windows firewall is
disabled. Running 2 firewalls at the same time can cause
strange conflicts.

I appreciate the quick response,blkwlnt64. But I haven't
installed any third party firewall applications. As for the
Windows firewall, that check box wont stay checked either
but that is a whole other issue I guess,......:)
Thanks for the suggestion though, If you or others can
think of anything else Ill keep checking.....
