Windows XP Startup to Welcome page

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help with this...I have 2 user accounts set up and a guest account activated. When I startup the pc, the welcome screen is bypassed and the same user is automatically logged on whereas I would like the startup to go to the welcome page som that a user can be selected or simply left at that point so that servers only are active... I have selected "use welcome page" from the user settings in the control panel. Thanks
