startup taking forever

I have winows XP and starting this computer up in the
morning takes about two minutes, way longer than my other
computers. What can I do to make this process quicker?

Try disabling those programs that you don't want/need starting up with
Windows via msconfig>startup.

you need to see whats in your startup menu.
