startup problem

When I start explorer 2007 I always get the following message and I cannot
change it: http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx. I would like to have another
website to start with but so far nothing worked. Can anyone help me?

How have you been trying to set it?

It is TOOLS > OPTIONS > GENERAL TAB and then type the web address in the
HOME PAGE box. (sorry if you already knew that).

Yes I know that and tried but nothing happened. is there anyting else I could
