IE7 Start Page

Having installed Windows Live Messenger,
http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx keeps appearing as my IE7 start page,
however that page doesn't exist & produces an error every time I start IE,
i.e. the "run once flag" isn't being reset. I can navigate from the browser
with no problems, I just can't get my home page to come up as the start
page.

How can I fix this?

A blank Web page is displayed when you start Internet Explorer 7:

"The new Internet Explorer first run screen":

--> to resolve this problem

--> make the following registry changes in registry

Add "RunOnceComplete"=1 (Dword) on Reg Location,
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

Add "RunOnceHasShown"=1 (Dword) on Reg Location,
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

--> restart IE
