IE 7 Home Page

I have set my home page URL using the Internet Options method. However, each
time I open the browser I get a blue blank screen and the following URL is
shown in the title bar: http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx.

How do I get IE7 to open on my home page instead of the 'runonce' page?
