IE7 always goes to "error on page" at startup

I´ve just installed IE7, rebooted, etc., etc., and when I open IE7, it
always tries to go to this page:

http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=74005

which then turnes into this address:

http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx

which then hangs at a blue IE7 page which at the bottom says, error on page
and "done". The tab says, "customize your settings, but I can't do anything
with the page.

I can go to my regular home page or any other URL, but can't get IE7 to
initially start up to anything else than the above.

There must be a registry key that I can delete or change, but I don't know
where it is.

Hello.

I'm also having the same problem, but there's a difference. It has happened
to limited users (2) on our desktop, but not to me, the admin.

There are other symptoms, as well (relating to limited users but not to the
admin), but resolving this problem is a start.
