Startup Errors

Hi. For the last couple of weeks ive been getting a error
report everytime i bootup my pc fully. When i press "Dont
Send" it restarts the explorer. The error message is
listed below:

Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2600.0,
faulting module ~8092708280.tmp, version 0.0.0.0, fault
address 0x00003a6a.
