widows explorer causing problem

i've had this problem for ages, getting worse. i've tried all suggestions
here.

Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.2900.2649, faulting module
unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x033b0774.
The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted.

has anyone got any other answers?

working with internet on, and if I should get a pop up, or a screen that I
want to close, then hit the red "x",to close I will lose all ,a "send out
error" sign come on and closes everything down. What ajustments are
(e-mail address removed)

You posted your question as a reply to someone else's question and the two
are totally unrelated. You shouldn't do this, called hijacking. Create a
new post with your issue.
