my computer has window home edition on it and it wont start in the regular
mode and it wont start in safe mode either all i get in safe mode is black
screen with safe mode in all four corner does any one have any suggestions

Boot from the installation CD and attempt a repair (a.k.a., In-place
Upgrade) installation.
