when i switch my daughters laptop on it makes the usual noises and script
until it gets to the pointwhere it says
error loading operating system
AND THATS IT IT FREEZES
CAN ANYONE OF U LOVELY PEOPLE HELP THANKS

If it's a new laptop and/or still under warranty, take it back for repair or
replacement. Otherwise the hard drive may have failed or Windows may be
corrupt. Neither one can be diagnosed easily by a home user.
