Start Menu right pane

How do I remove shortcuts from the Games folder in the right pane of the
start menu? The only right click options are to pin to start menu, add to
quick launch, customize and sort by name. All the other folders in the right
pane allow individual shortcuts to be deleted. How do I fix this?

Right-click 'Games' on the Start menu & select 'Open'. This opens the Games
Explorer. When you right-click the items in this folder, you have a 'Hide
this game' option. Use that.
