Standby/KB Error

I get the following error when my PC attempts to go into
standby mode. Any ideas? Thanks.

"The device driver for the `Standard 101/102-Key or
Mocrosoft Naturak PS2 Keyboard device is preventing the
machine from entering standby. Please close all
applicationsand try again. . .
 
I had the same problem. It was Acrobat 4.0 Type Manager. I unstalled it,
and my standby works; if I do it manually. If I wait for the system to do
it according to my power options, it doesn't happen.
