system standby

whenever my computer tries to go on standby it give me an
error:

The device driver for the "Standard 101/102-Key or
Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard" device is preventing the
machine from entering standby. Please close all
applications and try again. If the problem persists, you
may need to update this driver.

I dont have Adobe Type Manager on my computer, so that is
not causing this problem.

Hi Paul,

Would you happen to be running Quicken? If so, see if this helps:
Go to Edit/Options/Internet Options. Hit Shift-4. Answer Yes.
