I can't seem to get my computer to go into standby mode.
The following error message appears...
Device Driver for standard 101/102-Key...is preventing
the machine from entering standby."

I'm running windows XP, but I've also had the same
problem with Windows 2000...

Any ideas?

Do you have a special keyboard driver? That is what it probably
incompatable with standby

I have developed the same problem. My error msg sez
either the COM1 driver or modem driver is at fault. I
have tried System Restore (finds nothing to restore to),
and have tried to update the drivers but XP sez the
drivers are OK even after uninstalling. Everything else
seems to run fine. I *believe* the problem started after
reinstalling the drivers for a new Canon printer (USB).
Any thoughts???

Thanks.../Dale
