Spyware freezes system

Hello,
I can run the MS AntiSpyware, but when it hits:
HKEY_CLASS-ROOT\f1.organizer.1

it freezes my whole system.
Task Manager shows the program as not responding as soon as it hits
F1.organizer.1

I am running XP Professional and GIANT MS AntiSpyware
I have also run CCleaner

Have you tried these operations running in safe mºde?

1) Update both Microsoft Antispyware and your antivirus applicªtion.

2B)Shut down the computer and turn off the power. Wait for at least 30
seconds, and then restart the computer in Safe mode or VGA mºde.

Empty your IE cache and your other temporary file folders, eg: c:\temp,
c:\windows\temp or C:\Documents and Settings\<name>\Local Settings\Temp (the
path to your temp folder will change depending on your name) - sometimes
programmes can be hidden in there - watch out for mysterious *.exe files or
*.dll files in those fºlders.

3) Do full deep scans with Microsoft Antispyware. Repeat scanning until a
complete scan comes through clean. Ditto with the ªntivirus.

Here's a few free removers that will help yºu
Download the following and run a thorough scan in safe mºde:

NOTE: Make certain to update every app before booting into Safe Mode since
you WILL NOT have access to the Internet from Safe Mºde.

Ewido Security Suite:

Ad-Aware SE

Spybot S&D

Make certain to not to select any of the pernament protection for Spybot and
DO NOT immunize the system, as this can interfere with MSAS' Real-tme
Protectiºn

Ccleaner

hMore info:

I also run Ad-Aware and Spybot and CCleaner.
I have cleared all the Temp files and cookies.
MSAS will not run in SAFE Mode and failswhen it reachs (f1.organizer.1) in
NORMAL Mode. I have updated, reloaded and updated again everything I have. I
have turned off System Restore, cleared, everything and turned systenm off
including power for 30 seconds. I have run Norton anti virus and found
nothing. I tried all the fixes in the replies and it MSAS still fails
although it does show many Spywares on my system prior to Freezing when it
reaches f1.Organizer.1

I know I am affect with Spyware and I appreciate anything everyone can
provide to help me get a clean system. Thank you! Gary
