spoolsv.exe is slowing down PC

My PC is running really slow, when I check processes, I find that spoolsv.exe
is using about 90 percent or more of my cpu. When I tried to terminate the
process, an access is denied pops up. How do I stop that from happening?
When I use net stop spooler and stop my spooler everything runs fine. When I
start the spooler my PC slows down again. Thanks for the help.

In your situation you have to set the print spool service startup mode to (
Manual ) form the Service Control manager, if it works then you have to stop
the service.
If everything fine it Ok , if not restart the computer in the Safe Mode and
then do that procedure withen the safe mode, because the extra services will
be stoped and you will be allowed to stop the services you want.
