spooler subsystem app has encountered a problem and has to close

this popup keeps comming up and asked if i want to send a report to
microsoft, i've sent the report but that screen pops up a dozen times while i
am doing other things.

i made a restore point in system restore then downloaded the "updated"
printer driver from hp website.

the download failed,it said that i didn't have authority to to do it and
canceled the download, but i am the administrator on this computer.

no printer files, and i cant delete the printer because the spooler service
will not work
