Spooler Subsystem App Error

Hi, I use Win XP Pro. As I logged in today, it gave the following messages.

The instruction at "0x0141454d" referenced memory at "0x01461000". The
memory could not be read. Click OK to terminate the program. Click CANCEL to
debug the program.

Spooler Subsystem App
Spooler Subsystem App encountered a problem and needed to close.

Eversince the above, my printers are not shown, nor i am able to add a new
printer. It gives a message "service not available". Is this due to a
Virus? How can I restore my printer. I use HP Laserjet 1010. Please help
me.. Thanks.
