Data Execution Prevention - Spooler System App

Hello,

When I start windows Xp Pro I get a message that states "Data Execution
Prevention - To help protect your computer, Windows has closed this program -
Spooler Subsystem App". I went into the the list of services and the print
spooler is on. The status is started and the statup type is automatic. When
I go to print something I get a message that says "Spoolsv.exe - Application
Error - The instruction at 0x00000000 referenced memory at 0x000000000. The
memoery could not be written". The document still prints but I am wonder
what is causing these messages and what can be done about them.
