Spooler SubSystem App Problem

Our computer after restarting comes up with the error window: Spooler
Subsystem App has encountered a problem and need to close. I can manually
restart the spooler system but when i try to clear the jammed print job, the
error reappears. Help please. Thanks, Wayne.

Such problems are mostly caused by poor third-party printer drivers.
