spooler stopped responding

I've virus checked everything but somethings added a file spoolsv.exe.mdmp,
the system keeps sending reports to microsoft but none of the updates have
helped, so can't print anything. Trying to find the file to isolate it also
doesn't work as part of the file name keeps changing.

Any ideas??
