Dear all,

I have a problem on my W2K Advanced Server like this :

Spooler Failure Causes High CPU Usage in the Winlogon.exe
and Spoolsv.exe Processes on a Windows 2000 Terminal
Server.
After that usually if i restart my PC my services for
print spooler services couldn't be started automatic even
I already setting that services start automatic.

My Questions is how to preventive and corrective that
problem before happen.

Thx,

Have you read this :

I think that you must phone Microsoft to obtain this fix.

Eric,

You are correct. Go to the MSKB article, click on the link and then look up
the MS - PSS support number. Call them - at no cost - and they will send
you an e-mail containing a link to the necessary file that will update
several of the files to a later version.

HTH,

Cary
