HIGH CPU USAGE

Task Manager showing High CPU Usage with biggest user as WINLOGON.EXE usually
at 50%-Occasionally RUNDLL32.EXE is also at 50% putting me to 100%
usage-slowing or stopping all applications
Is it correct that SYSTEM IDLE PROCESS should be high all the time it is
usually at 50%

It is a Trojan.
