Dont know if this is an XP issue or a hardware prob?
Trying to make my headphones work when permanently connected alongside the
speakers.
in parallel, NOT instead of.
I have a normally working bog std PC with XP pro. Its a new computer and i
have no suspicion of a hardware fault.
The speakers work normally and can be controlled by local or system volume
control.
There are 3 jacks at the rear of the computer
1 Pinkish in colour, for microphone, i think,
1 Lt Greenish, for speakers. and it works ok.
And the other, Lt Blueish, is for WHAT? line out/aux??
If I put my headphones in the Blue jack - nothing
if i put my speakers in the Blue jack - nothing
if i put my headphones in the Green jackt - headphones are OK. and of course
the speaker ok here too.
Can any one advise how to make the Blue jack get some output. - or is there
another way?
Regards, Ramon
