SP4 for Windows

When i try to install w2000 sp4 i get the error Unable to
connect to Metabase, when i click OK, i then get the
error, failed to remove ISM.dll script mappings.Does anyone
have an answer.

There seems to be a few of us, see sp4 dated 19 March,
nobody seems to have any answers. I have search the MS
site but have found np answer.

If you find an answer, let us know and i awiil do the same
