sp3 to sp4

When I try to upgrade from sp3 to sp4 I get the error
msg "An error in updating your system has occured". I
click ok and sp4 uninstalls any files and reboots. This
occurs on multiple comps in the office. Computers are p4
2.00 Gateway e series. Any suggestions.

Post your svcpack.log file so we can have a look at it. Is that the entire
error message?
