SP2 IS BLOCKING SPELL CHECK. IF I RE-INSTALL OFFICE,
SPELL CHECK RE-ACTIVATES, BUT ONLY THE FIRST TIME I OPEN
THE WORD PROGRAM. AFTER THAT, I HAVE TO RE-INSTALL OFFICE
EACH TIME I OPEN WORD. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

This again? This happened the last time I added a service pack. The last
time, I got a tip to just reinstall OE from the CD...nothing else and it
worked again.
