SP2 messes up DNS on client machines using ICS

I have a host machine connected to the internet via a Verizon wireless
broadband internet connection. I'm using Internet Connection Sharing to
share this internet connection with approximately 4 other computers.
Everything was working fine yesterday and then I installed Service Pack 2 on
my host machine. After that DNS stopped working for my client machines. On
the host I was able to get on the internet with no problems at all. On my
client machines I could ping the host, and I could ping a public IP address
such as Yahoo.com (68.142.197.73) and I could even get to Yahoo's website by
typing in the ip address in the address bar. But I could not use a FDQN to
access any websites.

Then I uninstalled/rolled back service pack 2 on my host machine and
everything is good again. Except for the fact that my host machine is back
to SP1. So the question is, How can I ensure that DNS will continue to work
after I update my host to SP2?

I know that I could statically assign the DNS settings on all of my client
machines to my ISP's DNS servers and they would work fine, but the client
machines change frequently as coworkers come and go. People come and work in
this office for 3 months at a time per year and often never come back and
most of them don't know how to statically assign their IP settings.
Additionally, there's little chance I will be around the whole time to take
care of them. So, DNS needs to work and my client PCs need to use DHCP to
minimize administrative headache.

ICS should work the same with or without SP2. Perhaps something
during the upgrade is messing it up. Try disabling ICS before the
upgrade and enabling it after the upgrade.
